At OzPol, we believe there’s no place quite like home. Our personalised Support at Home services are here to help you continue living safely, comfortably and independently in the home and community you know and love.

Whether you need a little help with everyday tasks or more specialised care, our friendly and experienced team will work with you to understand what matters most. Through the Australian Government’s Support at Home program, we make it easier to access flexible in-home aged care and support that respects your choices, lifestyle and individual needs.

Accessing Support at Home aged care services begins with My Aged Care, the starting point for aged care services.

You, a family member, health professional or someone you trust can make a referral through My Aged Care. An aged care assessment will then be arranged to understand your individual needs, goals and the support that may help you continue living safely and independently at home.

Following your assessment, you may be approved for a Support at Home classification from Level 1 to Level 8. Your classification determines the amount of funding available to support your assessed care needs.
