For nearly 30 years, OzPol has been helping older Australians live safely, independently and well in the comfort of their own homes.
Founded in 1997, OzPol Services P/L is a not-for-profit charitable organisation providing quality in-home aged care and community care services across Logan and the Gold Coast.
OzPol was founded by Irene Biedak OAM, JP (Qual), who continues to lead the organisation as Director and CEO, supported by an experienced Board. Her leadership has shaped OzPol’s strong commitment to providing high-quality, culturally appropriate aged care that respects each person’s individual needs, choices, dignity and independence.

Our dedicated and caring team is at the heart of everything we do. Many of our team members have been with OzPol for more than 10 years, and some for over 20 years — something that reflects the strong relationships, experience and sense of community within our organisation.
