Our assisted living accommodation offers a warm, homelike environment for older people who may no longer wish to live alone or who need additional support with everyday life. Residents enjoy the reassurance of having assistance available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, while receiving personalised care and support based on their individual needs.

OzPol Villa provides more than accommodation. It offers companionship, security and the comfort of knowing that friendly, experienced Care Workers are there when needed.
Our culturally diverse and bilingual team understands the importance of language, culture, familiar routines and personal preferences. We take the time to get to know each resident and help them feel comfortable, respected and at home.
Residents can enjoy the privacy of their own space while having opportunities for social connection, companionship and shared activities, helping to reduce the loneliness and isolation that can sometimes come with living alone.
Fresh, Nutritious Meals Every Day
Good nutrition is an important part of maintaining health, wellbeing and independence.
At OzPol Villa, all meals are freshly prepared on-site every day, using quality ingredients to provide nutritious, balanced and enjoyable meals. Our menus cater for individual dietary requirements, cultural preferences and special diets, ensuring every resident enjoys wholesome meals in a welcoming dining environment.
We are proud to have received a 5-Star Food Safety Rating from Brisbane City Council, reflecting our commitment to the highest standards of food preparation, hygiene and quality.
Bringing Your Support at Home Services with You
OzPol Villa is designed for older people with higher support needs who have access to eligible government-funded in-home aged care.
Residents may receive their approved care and services through:
- Support at Home – generally Levels 6 to 8, depending on individual care needs and available funding
- Home Care Package Level 4 for eligible grandfathered participants who continue under transitional Home Care Package arrangements
Your approved funding can be used to provide eligible care and services in accordance with your Support at Home care plan or existing Home Care Package, while accommodation and other living costs are arranged separately.
Our team can help coordinate your care so that your personal, clinical and everyday support works together around your individual needs.

Depending on your assessed needs, approved funding and care plan, services may include:
- Personal care and assistance with daily routines
- Nursing and clinical care
- Medication support
- Allied health and therapeutic services
- Assistance with mobility and maintaining independence
- Social support and companionship

- Support following discharge from hospital
- Respite and short-term stays
- Other eligible services available through your aged care funding
Permanent, Respite and Short-Term Stays
OzPol Villa Assisted Living may be suitable for:
Permanent assisted living – for older people looking for a secure, supportive and homelike place to live while receiving ongoing care.
Overnight and short-term respite – providing a comfortable place to stay when additional support is needed or when family carers need a break.
Hospital-to-home transition – offering additional support following discharge from hospital when returning directly home may not yet be suitable.
Day respite – providing care, companionship and meaningful social interaction in a welcoming environment.

An Application for Admission and relevant agreements must be completed before commencing permanent, respite or short-term accommodation.
